I complained as well at how mine would not arrive until Friday, and I preordered almost 2 months ago with 1 day shipping. Also, mentioned I could order today and do 1 night and get it tomorrow. They could not cancel my order for some reason even though my card has yet to be charged, but she gave me a $20 promo coupon to cover the shipping cost because she saw it as me paying for 2 day shipping at the 1 day shipping price. I guess I'll use it on my second boxee if I like the 1st.

The day before release, not the day of release. Wasn't this the day of release for a while? Meaning in Canada it went on sale. And since BestBuy Canada is their official launch partner, it was expected to be in the store today?
Unlike Amazon who has to ship all their items which takes at least a day.
