ReplaceIfOS= 'w2k,wxp' implies that ipsraidn.sys exists in a native w2k or XP install and must be backed up removed and overwritten. It is not natively supported in either and is not a replacement. This may seem a small detail but it will totaly blow up the slipstream of driverpacks base. It affects which entries in which files get changed during the slipstream process. Skip does mean don't use at all, as you thought.
You also did not indicate that you had properly groomed your files before making the folders. There is actually a long list of things wrong but I dont want to seem to be flaming you.
So 1) all of your ini's are done incorrectly and although may work on your OS and PC will not work as intended (on ANY OS / machine) 2) your files are probably not technicaly 'ready' for the pack (but probably work). Please add REQ in front your first post title and well do it correctly for you! I would REALLY REALLY REALLY like to thank you for being so thorough and spending so much time putting this together. Very nice documentation of what you did.
