I've got a strange feeling there might be problems with my request for a MAC code so I'm starting this thread in case I need to take it further. I originally requested my migration code Friday evening at about 8.30 pm,hadn't heard anything by Sunday midday so I phoned the options team who couldn't find any reference to it,they did their best to get me to stay but couldn't match what was being offered by the competitor so the agent I spoke to put me through to the back office to see if a better offer could be made,still no better so he said he would raise a request for a MAC code to be generated. I know that legally they have 5 days to get it to me but I would have thought I would have had it by now.

It has as arrived 3 days early so that is great. It is very thin polyester material and comes with a warning that it 'showerproof and offers protection from light rain showers but isn't suitable for heavy downpours or persistent rain' but in the product description it said 'lightweight showerproof'.

So I have decided to return it as I don't think it will be that useful to me as I need something that is properly showerproof. In a 'light shower' I would put up with getting a bit damp rather than using this jacket. Also, the last coat I had like this had a bag that was one of the pockets. This bag is fine but separate so I would think it would be easy to lose when you are wearing the coat???
