I unplugged the bed numerous times & also updated & rebooted app to no avail. It worked at first but doesn't connect now via BT to bed. Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. My Galaxy S7 doesn't see its signal and location is set to high accuracy.
It sees and works with both BT factory radios so that part is fine. I would give it 5 stars if it worked.again. Easy connection works great on both android and ipad.
Fyi, will only allow one device to be connected at a time, but no big deal. Won't pair with either of my beds. Location services are enabled and I tried reinstalling. This app works fine.
All I had to do to connect was lay in the bed, allow locations services to be on, then tap refresh until the bed showed up. Convenient for lost remote. I'm ready to delay it because it shows up as a threat in McAfee. Makes itvery iffy Works great!
Won't pair with either of my two beds. Hit the refresh button, and nothing. Neither bed shows up on the app. This app does not work! App did not find or pair with Motosleep bed. App keeps crashing every time I try to use it.
