I dont know for the mouse software but for the booting problem. Your mouse appears to be acting as a USB drive (hard drive or flash drive) and the boot process seems to be looking into USB before your harddrive for booting. One way to fix it is to enter the bios setup (usually F2 or Delete key when the computer first screen is shown). Once there go to the booting options (or sequence, name varies from motherboard to motherboard) and arrange the order so that your harddrive goes before the USB drives (probably something like SSD drive - DVD - USB). Save changes and restart the machine, it should go back to booting up in a few seconds.
