How to get an AUSkey and access the SBSCH in the Business Portal This guide helps small businesses that have chosen to register for an AUSkey authentication credential to access the Business Portal and use the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (SBSCH). If you already have an AUSkey, go straight to and log in to the Business Portal.
If you've forgotten your AUSkey password you’ll need to register for a new AUSkey. Passwords cannot be reset. The first person of an ABN to register for an AUSkey will need to be an eligible associate of the ABN as listed in the Australian Business Register (such as an owner or director) and will need to register for an Administrator AUSkey to access the SBSCH. Once you have obtained the Administrator AUSkey, you can then register someone else (such as a staff member) for a Standard AUSkey that they can use to access the Business Portal and use the SBSCH.

Return to your AUSkey activation email and click on the activation link again.
If you already have the software installed on your computer the link will take you to activate your AUSkey. If the software is not automatically recognised or enabled in the browser, refer to the. If you are unable to see the SBSCH in the Business Portal, you may need to check your settings under the Access Manager menu item. Authorise someone else to act on behalf of your business Everyone who needs to access the Business Portal will need their own AUSkey.
If you're an associate of business and would like to authorise someone (such as a staff member) to act on behalf of your business, you can grant them authorisation using. This process registers your staff member for a standard AUSkey.
You'll need:. Full Administrator access to act on behalf of the business (as per the previous steps). The full legal name of the person you wish to register. Their email address. Ensure this is up-to-date, and that the person being authorised can access that email account.

Confirm the details you've entered are correct. You'll receive a message confirming that your application has been submitted.
